Micheal J. Chow

Economics

Michael J. Chow is an economist with over fourteen years of experience working at the leading edge of U.S. economic policy.  He has expertise in the areas of small business, entrepreneurship, and venture capital, having worked for major trade associations including the National Federation of Independent Business and the National Venture Capital Association.  Mr. Chow also served briefly in the executive branch during the George W. Bush administration, working in the White House Council of Economic Advisers and in the Office of the Chief Economist at the Department of Labor.  His policy experience is wide-ranging and includes work on monetary policy, fiscal policy, finance, health care, taxes, labor, and regulatory policy.

Mr. Chow holds an M.A. in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins University, an M.Sc. in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics from the London School of Economics, and a B.S.E. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.
